As part of this collaboration, members of the Global Forum took part in an online workshop (external link, opens in a new window) in May 2023.
Workshop participants highlighted key issues such as the political will and resource allocations that are vital for effective support for MSPs from government. They highlighted how technology can greatly support collaborative working, and stressed that making the SDGs resonate with citizens by focusing on issues relevant to their lives is crucial in all aspects of the SDGs. Finally, capacity building plays a pivotal role in enhancing MSPs and their outcomes.
