The secretariat
The secretariat manages the Global Forum's activities and administration.
Responsibilities include:
- co-ordinating communication and engagement between members
- supporting the Global Forum's Steering Group
- managing and facilitating the internal groups such as regional hubs
- producing publications such as how to guides, policy briefs, case studies and MSP tools
- organising events including webinars and closed group sessions
- external communications and public relations.
Currently the secretariat is run by:
- The Partnering Initiative (TPI), which is internationally recognised as a pioneer in the theory and practice of cross-sectoral partnering. TPI is responsible for coordinating the global activities and supporting our regional facilitators.
- African Monitor, which brings African voices to the development agenda by ensuring that citizens have the capacity, platforms, and opportunity to participate in decision-making processes. African Monitor is coordinating activities in Africa region.
- ALLIARSE, an NGO with links to both the public and private sectors, has more than 16 years of experience and commitment in the design, implementation and facilitation of multi-stakeholder partnerships in Costa Rica and Latin Amercia and the Caribbean (LAC). ALLIARSE is coordinating activities in LAC region.
