Building on the momentum of this though-provoking discussion, we are excited to organise a series of monthly 1-hour webinars that delve deeper into specific topics of interest in support of VNRs. These webinars will take place on the last Tuesday of each month (except for March when it will be the third Tuesday) at 3 pm GMT (London time). The initial topics are:
- 30th January: How to engage non-state stakeholders in VNRs
- 27th February: How to utilise and localise GSDR report recommendations when preparing a VNR
- 19th March: How to collect data for VNRs from the local level
Each session will feature 2-3 presentations from members on the topic, followed by Q&A and breakout room discussions.
For this purpose, we are seeking 2-3 volunteers for each topic to share their VNR experiences in a brief 5-7 minute presentation. Active member involvement is key to making these sessions truly beneficial so please email the secretariat at info(at)sdgglobalforum.org (opens your email program) to volunteer for any of these topics.
Learnings from each webinar will be compiled into one-page summaries to provide practical guidance on the topic.
